Job Description Job Description CNC Supervisor - 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm - 2:30 am BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: PFI Precision, Inc. is looking for a dynamic, talented CNC Supervisor looking for a challenging career opportunity. The successful candidate must be willing to run CNC machines, edit programs and set-up new CNC lathe jobs, train additional set-up people and operators, improve existing processes, hold people accountable while being respectful, and provide leadership to the team and organization. This is a hands-on position that will require some direct production work.
