**Job Title: CNC Machinist / Programmer (10% Shift Differential)**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on setting up, operating, and programming advanced CNC machinery, including 7-axis and Swiss-style lathes, to produce high-quality metal components. You will use precision measuring instruments to verify part quality, optimize machine performance, and support a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment on either day or night shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up, operate, and program CNC machinery, including 7-axis machines and Swiss-style lathes such as Star and Citizen models.
+ Select, lay out, and install appropriate tooling for each job and adjust tool offsets to maintain part quality and dimensional accuracy.
