We’re hiring a **CNC Operator with Salvagnini experience** (or willingness to learn) to support automated punching and shearing operations. This is a great opportunity to work with advanced equipment in a well-organized, safety-focused shop while building your skills and career.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Set up, program, and operate **Salvagnini automated punching & shearing systems**
+ Perform **first-piece inspections** to ensure quality and accuracy
+ Read and interpret **blueprints and technical drawings**
+ Operate CNC equipment including:
+ Punching & shearing machines
+ Laser and forming equipment
+ Automated material handling systems
+ Load raw materials and manage production flow
+ Monitor machine performance and **track OEE metrics**
