**What You’ll Do**

+ Set up and operate CNC lathes and HAAS machines with precision
+ Work with MasterCAM programs and assist with edits or improvements
+ Inspect parts and make real-time adjustments to ensure top quality
+ Perform basic machine upkeep and keep your workspace dialed in
+ Jump in where needed—assembly, packaging, and general shop support
+ Collaborate with a small, experienced team to solve problems and hit goals
