We are seeking a skilled CNC Set-Up Operator to join our vertical milling department. This role involves operating advanced machinery to produce precision components for defense and aerospace projects.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate and set up 14 Vertical Spindle CNC Machining Centers with table sizes up to 60 inches.
+ Utilize 3 Bridgeport Mills for precision machining tasks.
+ Program machines using customer electronic files through virtual platforms.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate assembly.
+ Apply knowledge of GD&T in machining processes.

**Essential Skills**

+ 3-5 years of experience in a machine shop environment.
+ Machine tool or CNC degree.
+ Proficient in reading blueprints and GD&T.
