Role

• Set up and operate CNCAuto‑lathe machines according to specifications and production yield
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machining equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications
• Collaborate with other machinists and engineers to improve processes and enhance production efficiency
• Follow safety procedures, workplace regulations, and keep the work area organized (5S principles)
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records of work performed according to the Company’s ISO 9001 requirements
• Mentor trainee machinists, provide guidance and training on best practices when required
