**Job Description**
This role focuses on operating and setting up CNC machines in a climate-controlled machine shop, working primarily with 3-axis mills and 2-axis lathes while receiving training on advanced 9-axis automated mill and lathe equipment. You will use a variety of power tools and measurement instruments, interpret blueprints, and ensure precision machining in a production environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and set up 3-axis CNC mills and 2-axis CNC lathes to produce precision components.
+ Train on and learn to operate a 9-axis automated mill and lathe to support advanced machining operations.
