**Job Title: CNC Grinder**

**Job Description**

This role sets up and operates CNC and manual grinding and honing equipment to produce high-precision components that meet strict customer blueprints, specifications, and quality guidelines. You will perform complete setups, run production at the required rate, and verify parts using appropriate gauging and statistical process control to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up CNC and manual grinders, as well as vertical and horizontal hones, for new and existing components according to job requirements and customer specifications.
+ Start machines and perform thorough start-up inspections to confirm proper operation and readiness for production.
+ Interpret and understand blueprints to determine dimensions, tolerances, and process requirements for each part.
