We are looking for a talented CNC Machining Engineer Weekend Night Shift (On-Site) to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Seymour Machining Center in Seymour, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Support Efficient Manufacturing Processes Assist in planning and implementing machining processes that improve productivity and meet product specifications.
Collaborate on Tooling and Part Selection Work with engineering teams to identify necessary parts and tools, reducing setup times and optimizing changeovers.
Contribute to Product and Performance Improvements Analyze product issues and recommend enhancements to improve quality and operational efficiency.
