Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: • Set up machining cells from initial concept through stable mass production, including CNC selection and purchasing, fixture design, process design, and CNC programming
• Design and continuously improve machining cell and assembly line layouts, tooling, and fixtures during mass production
• Develop, maintain, and update standard operating instructions, process control plans, and failure analysis documentation
• Train production operators and maintain accurate training and competency records
• Establish maintenance guidelines, troubleshoot process and equipment issues, and propose solutions with a strong focus on cost, quality, and long‑term sustainability
