**Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist**

**Job Description**

This role is a hands-on CNC Lathe Machinist position in a job shop environment that produces precision parts for the aerospace industry. You will set up and operate CNC lathe machines, verify part quality, and ensure all components meet strict specifications and tolerances.

**Responsibilities**

+ Participate in daily team meetings to review production schedules and priorities.
+ Set up and operate assigned CNC lathe cells, typically running 1–2 machines depending on part cycle times.
+ Collaborate with the quality team to prove out parts and obtain approval before proceeding with full production runs.
+ Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools to verify that parts meet specification.
+ Maintain tight tolerances and consistently hold +/- 0.001 inch on critical dimensions.
+ Operate CNC lathes including HAAS, Doosan, or Mazak machines in a job shop environment.<...
