Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Je maakt nieuwe producten productie klaar: uitwerken CNC programma’s, aangeven dat er nieuwe tooling nodig is,… .

  • Je helpt mee aan de optimalisatie van bestaande stukken vb. reductie van klachten, tijd, uitval… .

  • Je verzamelt alle toebehoren om je machines in te stellen, je Je stelt je machines in en start het productieproces op.

  • Je staat in voor de eerste stuk controle. Daarnaast volg je gedurende het gehele productieproces de kwaliteit op. Je maakt hierbij gebruik van de courante meettoestellen: schuifmaat, micrometer, kalibers..

  • Je registreert je metingen en productiehoeveelheden.

  • Je staat in voor orde en netheid van je werkpost.
