Good Shepherd Communities is looking for some caring Resident Assistants to join our team in preparation for our upcoming CNA Training course.
Position Detail
Hired as casual/per diem employment status. Day and evening shifts, weekends
CNA Training Course will be Monday - Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm with hours available as a Resident Assistant on off Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
In class time will last around 3.5 week with 1.5 weeks of clinical time
Once the CNA certification is passed employment opportunities may be available at either our Fairview Home in Binghamton, or Village at Endwell in Endwell locations. Evening and Night shifts available; possible days
Position Summary
The Resident Assistant maintains the unit's cleanliness and assists nursing staff in meeting resident needs with the explicit intent that these positions do not provide hands-on, direct care to the residents. They are responsible for the s...
