As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will provide essential patient care, contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery under RN direction. You will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team. **Essential Responsibilities:**

+ **Patient Handoff & Rounds:** Receive patient reports from outgoing CNA; conduct hourly rounds, checking vitals, maintaining whiteboard info, and assisting with care.
