Job Title: CMT Lab Technician
Job Description
This role focuses on supporting construction materials testing (CMT) in both laboratory and field settings. You will prepare and test soil, rock, and concrete materials, assist certified lab technicians, and help ensure accurate, reliable test data for project engineers. This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable in a physically demanding environment, and are interested in developing their skills through formal lab certification training.
Responsibilities

+ Ability to safely load and unload field trucks and lift up to 50 pounds.

+ Comfort performing physical labor and standing or being on your feet for approximately 80% of the shift.

+ Prepare, log, and classify soil and rock samples according to standard systems and project requirements.
