Job Description Min 20 years of experience in Automotive OEM / Tier-1 Sales & Business Development Strong exposure to Plastics Injection Molding / Rubber Molding / Precision Components Proven track record in converting business from automotive OEMs & Tier-1 customers Excellent commercial acumen with strong costing and negotiation skills Strong communication and client management capabilities Presentable, passionate, energetic, and a go-getter mindset Ability to work in fastpaced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments Strong problem-solving approach and cross-functional leadership skills
