Reporting to the New Zealand Cluster Reservations Manager, you help support the team to turn guests’ daydreamed travel experiences into reality – from a mere thought into a confirmed booking. Through your inquisitive, persuasive and caring nature, you are always ready to ‘sell’, teach your team to sell and maximise hotel reservations, whilst delivering exemplary guest service before they even walk through our doors! You’re the definition of a people person while interacting with our guests and your team members.
