Medipost Pharmacy is looking for a professional self‑driven individual to join the Order Processing Department in the capacity of a Cluster Pharmacist. The successful individual will be placed in Gezina (Pretoria).
Primary purpose of the job
Accurate capturing of prescriptions, acute and/or chronic medication. (As per SOP)
Accurate blind checking of claimed prescription and patient medication templates. (As per SOP) with the urgency of adding prescriptions to WIP and minimise script rejections.
Handling of clinical discussion and/or enquiries with patients and health care professionals or SPN’s
Compliance to SLA requirements (completing of mailbox profiles, action diaries within required timelines)
Attending to and responding in a professional manner to email messages or enquiries received from management, SPN’s or members.
Attending to OUT OF WIP notifications
Attending to ST71 notifications
