Handling of clinical discussion and/or enquiries with patients and health care professionals or SPN’s Compliance to SLA requirements (completing of mailbox profiles, action diaries within required timelines) Attending to and responding in a professional manner to email messages or enquiries received from management, SPN’s or members. Attending to OUT OF WIP notifications Attending to ST71 notifications Attending to rejected prescriptions and templates as priority, in order to ensure SLA compliance.
