Roles and Responsibilities Managing and Supervising the tele-callingcollectionagencies and in-house teamfor Two-Wheeler loans and ensuring smooth flow of work. Responsible forcollectionsandrecoveryof overdue payments from customers identified in bounce and to maximize overall profitability. Guiding and driving thecollectionforce to achieve the set targets of their respective locations. Making calls on high risk delinquent accounts, settling accounts and resolving customer queries.
