1) Will have to establish distribution network of Health Agent Advisors through a team of Field Executives.

2) Will be responsible for achievement of assigned Unit target and Individual targets.

3) Should be able to build a cohesive team to establish a strong distribution network and achieve stretch goals.

4) At least 3 to 4 years in sourcing /Distribution and Managing team of FLS in Agency Business and having significant experience in employee benefits.
