Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Track and report on SLAs/KPIs for individual and team performance.
  • Assist in budgeting and production cost center planning
  • Deliver accurate standard costing and ensure collaboration for cost accuracy.
  • Maintain operational procedures for compliance and support regulatory audits.
  • Address stakeholder’s inquiries, escalate issues, and promote GBS services during visits.
  • Manage performance, identify training needs, and coordinate development programs.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support ad hoc analyses.

    • Requirements

  • At least a CA/CWA degree (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 10+ years of cost-controlling experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred) with 5+ years of solid experience in the relevant business areas.
