The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our members and guests in a refined club environment.

• Warmly welcome and greet members and their guests upon arrival at the Club.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond efficiently and tactfully to members’ or guests’ feedback, requests, and inquiries.
• Attend to emails, mobile inquiries, and reservations; ensure all member and guest needs are met promptly and professionally.
