We are representing our client in the global technology and engineering space to look for an experienced Cloud Operations Lead. The Cloud Operations Lead is responsible for leading a team of 6 to 10 engineers, including System Administrators, Endpoint Administrators, and Cloud SysOps Engineers. This role combines technical leadership and hands-on contribution, requiring the ability to guide the team through best practices, processes, and methodologies while actively participating in daily operations.

The successful candidate will bring expert-level AWS knowledge and a strong understanding of ITIL operational processes, with a proven track record of mentoring junior engineers and leading by example.
