Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support cloud environments (GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud)
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure (VMs, Kubernetes/GKE, networking, IAM, storage)
- Support cloud tools and SaaS platforms (CDN, WAF, SMTP, DNS)
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability
- Participate in global/regional projects (implementation, operations, enhancements)
- Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors for BAU and project delivery
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and operational processes
- Support audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediation
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in cloud operations
- Strong experience in Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure (Alibaba Cloud is a plus)
