Job Description

De Cloud & Digital Platforms Operational Director is een strategische leiderschapsrol binnen de Cloud & Digital Platforms Business Line. Deze rol omvat volgende kernverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Neemt volledige end-to-end verantwoordelijkheid voor de Cloud & Digital Platforms-activiteiten over meerdere landen
  • Zorgt voor operationele stabiliteit, service beschikbaarheid, security, compliance en business continuity
  • Waarborgt sterke SLA-prestaties en een kwalitatief hoogstaande klantbeleving
  • Leidt een grote internationale delivery-organisatie van +/- FTE
  • Brengt structuur, prioritering en rust in operationele teams binnen een snel veranderende omgeving
  • Beheert incidenten, escalaties, operationele risico’s en structurele service-uitdagingen
  • Stuurt op “first-time-right” delivery, operationele discipline en continue verbetering
  • Zorgt voor duidelijke governance, performantie-opvolging en accountability binnen de delivery-organisatie
