Key Responsibilities

AMS Governance & Operations

• Own architecture governance for SAP systems managed under AMS.
• Ensure SLA, SLO, and KPI commitments are consistently achieved.
• Provide L3/L4 support guidance for critical SAP incidents.
• Lead root cause analysis and permanent resolution initiatives.
• Improve runbooks, SOPs, and operational standards.

SAP Landscape Management

• Support SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, and SAP BTP environments.
• Maintain system availability, performance, and stability.
• Manage refreshes, client copies, transport routes, and upgrades.
• Support SAP kernel, database, and patch maintenance activities.

GCP Operations & Optimization

• Manage Compute Engine resources and optimization activities.
• Design storage, backup, networking, and load-balancing solutions.
• Monitor platform health through Cloud Operations Suite.
