QUALIFICATIONS

• Education, Training And Experience: Masters Degree in a health related discipline from an approved post-secondary institution.
• Three (3) years recent related experience including two (2) years recent related experience in the substance use or concurent disorder field.
• A minimum of 2 years experience working within/with Indigenous Communities which can be demonstrated by meeting two or more of the following:
  • Experience working collaboratively with and/or within Indigenous health and wellness organizations, through the provision of servics to Indigenous individuals and families;
  • Experience with the delivery of a health service/program/project which is inclusive of Indigenous teachings, knowledge or cultural practice;
  • Extensive knowledge of Indigenous and non-Indigenous health and wellness sercies available on Vancouver Island.
