About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Clinical Transcriptionist to join our small, supportive team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing clinical correspondence and documentation, ensuring a high standard of quality, confidentiality and timeliness. Working closely with clinical and administrative staff, you will play an important role in supporting patient care through the preparation of accurate medical records and reports. This position requires excellent listening, typing, and proofreading skills, along with a strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation processes. The role is based at Taupo Hospital and operates Monday to Friday.
