State of the Heart Recovery is seeking a Clinical Therapist to deliver high-quality behavioral health and substance use counseling services within an integrated treatment environment. This role provides individual, group, and family therapy, conducts clinical assessments, develops treatment plans, and ensures compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. The Clinical Therapist works under supervision as required by licensure and contributes to a collaborative, trauma-informed clinical team.

This position offers a significant professional development opportunity. Eligible licensure levels may apply supervised clinical hours and client contact hours obtained through this role toward independent licensure in New Mexico.
