Job Details

Our Clinical Nursing Supervisor will:
+ Manage daily clinical nursing operations to ensure the hospital standards and needs are met.

+ Be responsible for preparation and evaluation of nursing staff activities and schedules to ensure 24 hour coverage.

+ Serve as the managerial and clinical link between the Nurse Manager and/or Department Director in their absence and the administrator on call

+ Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
