:The Clinical Specialist has a full clinical, biomechanical and product understanding. The candidate will be working remotely but based in the DACH area for Ormco and Spark Clear Aligner. You will be supporting the DACH/EMEA team (Product, Marketing, DTS, Sales) in regards of clinical-related questions, supporting marketing and education programs to be validated from a clinical perspective, as well as supporting the clinical conversations with our doctors.
Accountabilities/responsibilities:
Escalating clinical questions and issues coming from our doctors
Working proactively to address any inquiries, complaints and adverse events arising among DACH country and EMEA doctors
Providing clinical customer support in regards of treatment planning predictability and ORMCO APPROVER utilization
