**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**Role Summary:** This role is responsible for providing support to the nursing units by assisting in the identification and replacement of staff required to fill staffing needs on a daily basis. This is done by working collaboratively with the Administrative Supervisor to ensure that the Mission Care Coordination Center allocates nursing resources in a fiscally responsible manner that is consistent with the individual unit productivity parameters based on unit census and patient acuity.
