The Role: TFS HealthScience, a leading global CRO, is looking for a Clinical Research Manager to join our specialized Ophthalmology team. In this role, you will lead country and site management activities, ensuring high-quality clinical study execution and acting as the primary operational contact for our Sponsors. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee day‑to‑day clinical operations to ensure delivery according to protocols, ICH/GCP, and regulatory requirements. Sponsor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Sponsors, managing expectations and providing strategic updates.
