**About The Role:**

+ Support the Bone Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program’s commitment to regulatory compliance, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement
+ Responsible for monitoring and maintaining program quality in alignment with FACT standards and institutional requirements
+ Tracking and analyze quality metrics, conduct internal audits and quality reviews, and identify opportunities for process improvement
+ Develop, revise, and maintain program policies, standard operating procedures, and internal documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance
