Clinical Quality and Provider Engagement Manager

ThoughtFull is looking for a driven, resourceful and strategic individual to be our Clinical Quality and Provider Engagement Manager. You will play a key role in monitoring and improving the quality of services and engagement with our network of providers across Asia and beyond. This includes measuring quality outcomes, planning professional development programs, evaluating learning and development initiatives, managing relationships with relevant institutional stakeholders, and ensuring our network service quality remains at the highest level. The ideal candidate combines subject matter expertise in mental health with the ability to think strategically about improving quality and strengthening engagement with our global network of mental health professionals.
