We have an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join Health Alliance Primary Care Network, a friendly and supportive PCN made up of seven GP practices, caring for a patient population of over 58,000 patients.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacist who is either already an Independent Prescriber or is keen to develop towards becoming one. This is an exciting role for someone who wants to make a real difference in primary care, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective and high-quality medicines optimisation across our practices.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting patients with medication reviews, long-term condition management, prescribing safety, and clinical pharmacy services across the PCN.
