<p><strong>Purpose of the Role</strong></p> <p>The purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive family and person centred care and journey to children with a variety of  Neurology disorders.</p> <p>Deliver care in line with the five core concepts of the role set out in the Framework for the Establishment of Clinical Nurse Specialist Posts, 4th edition, National Council for the Professional Development of Nursing and Midwifery (NCNM) 2008 Caseload e.g. Children - under 16 years of age.</p> <p>The CNS will focus initially on the following patient groups: children with  Neurology condition, whilst working as part of the multidisciplinary team.
