Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge RN)

Positions available at our Oconomowoc or Brown Deer campus locations. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge RN) you will work under the general supervision of the Manager of Nursing Services, Director of Nursing, or designee and you will assume responsibility for the direction and coordination of all functions of the unit on your designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary team, you are responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided on the unit.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides oversight of patient care and safety, patient, and family advocacy, and demonstrated expertise of the seclusion and restraint process.
• Meet with patients and/or staff when patient is experiencing compliance struggles. Consistently demonstrate support to patient and the treatment process.
