The Role

• Handle a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters with confidence and efficiency.
• Expand your sector knowledge and use this to deliver commercially aware, high-quality advice.
• Build and strengthen professional networks, both internally and externally.
• Contribute to a positive risk culture by identifying potential issues early and supporting best practice across the team.
• Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior colleagues, supporting their development.
