Description

The Manager of Clinical Services is a member of the Leadership Team and represents the vision, mission and values of the Listowel Wingham Hospitals Alliance (LWHA). The Manager of Clinical Services works in collaboration with staff, professional staff, patients/families, and the members of the Leadership and Senior Executive Teams. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the Listowel CCC, Med/Surg and Family Birthing Centre. The Manager applies structured processes and controls, demonstrates strong leadership capabilities, and uses effective change management approaches to meet established standards for quality, efficiency, and safety in the care provided to individuals served by the Alliance.
