About the Role

As our Clinical Lead Nurse , you’ll provide professional nursing leadership and clinical expertise across our homecare services, supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries and complex needs to live independently at home. You’ll lead on clinical training, supervision and quality assurance — ensuring that all care delivery meets CQC, NMC, NICE and Skills for Care standards.
