Job Title: Laboratory Manager
Job Description
The Laboratory Manager plays a critical role in ensuring ongoing compliance with CLIA and COLA requirements. This position is responsible for providing operational and regulatory oversight across all laboratory sites, maintaining and producing required CLIA/COLA documentation, and supporting day-to-day laboratory operations. The Laboratory Manager will also assist with running and troubleshooting laboratory instrumentation to support daily testing workflows and maintain high-quality performance standards.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee compliance for all laboratories in accordance with CLIA and COLA standards.
+ Produce required documentation, including Monthly QC reports, Weekly and Monthly instrument maintenance logs, API proficiency testing records, calibration and linearity reports, corrective action plans, and technician competency documentation.
