**Position Overview:**

This position is a key resource for driving clinical performance improvement across the organization. In collaboration with clinical leaders at the system, regional and affiliate level, provides clinical leadership, direction, consultation, guidance and support for performance improvement strategies to improve treatment and care of patients with specific disease processes. Leads and facilitates the development, deployment, and monitoring of clinical quality improvement projects, patient safety improvement initiatives, and organization improvements to achieve top decile clinical outcomes and accelerate the achievement of clinical quality and safety goals.
