Job Summary:
Clinical Dietitian Specialist – Outpatient SUNY Upstate Medical University
Shape patient outcomes at the region’s most advanced academic medical center — where your expertise is valued and your growth is championed
+ Deliver outpatient counseling through assessment, intervention, education and meet documentation/billing standards.
+ Manage Medical Nutrition Therapy through Provider-driven referrals, protocols, procedures and prescriptions.
+ Participate in clinic/department meetings and contribute to QAPI Initiatives.
+ Supporting specialty clinics that may include bariatrics, cancer, diabetes, transplant, general medical, perinatal, gastrointestinal, metabolic/genetic, and pulmonary for patients ranging from pediatric to adult.
Minimum Qualifications:
