Clinical Deputy Manager

Location: Elm View Care Home, Moor Lane, Clevedon BS21 6EU.

Salary: Up to £45,000 – Depending on experience.

Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Occasional night visits or weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
• Create and update individual care plans for residents, maintaining clear, accurate, and up-to-date medication records.
• Ensure correct staffing levels through efficient management of rotas.
• Provide day‑to‑day support and guidance to the team, promoting residents’ independence, choice, and dignity.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families, fostering a sense of community.
• Liaise with local partners to raise the care home’s profile in the local area and beyond.
