As the Clinical Coordinator Orthopaedics, you will work in close partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership across a 55‑bed Orthopaedic Ward. This role offers a meaningful leadership pathway, including opportunities to act in the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) role during periods of planned and unplanned NUM leave, supporting your leadership growth and succession development.
