The Community Integration Service works with people who have complex social or other issues that create barriers for successful community living and supports them to problem‑solve a pathway forward to independence.

The successful person will have experience in the mental health sector and skills in collaborative planning for clients with complex needs, thinking outside the square and developing service provision based on a strengths model.
