Penn State Health – Hershey Medical Center – Location: Hershey, PA – Full Time – Day Shift SUMMARY OF POSITION Responsible for coordinating interdisciplinary professional care of a select patient population in Vascular Surgery. Functions include RN triage, patient phone calls and follow‐up, care coordination, patient intake, insurance authorization, and medical record reviews. The RN reports to various clinics to assist the attending with wound care, patient teaching, and coordination of follow‐up care. Attendance at weekly education sessions is required. The role requires a fundamental knowledge of vascular patients, with preference for experience in vascular surgery and wound care.
