**Responsibilities***

+ Coordinator will be expected to cross train to all areas of IPOP
+ Provide quality care to patients in IPOP
+ Navigate and Triage patient plan of care in IPOP
+ Communication and coordination of care with patient and family within the IPOP experience
+ Coordinate with research team to facilitate patient care
